Shipping/Returns

RETURN POLICY 

Our policy lasts ten (10) days. If ten (10) days have gone upon receipt of your package unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Merchandize MUST be returned within ten (10) days of receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.We also DO NOT accept products that are intimate such as Body suits,jewelery  and all other intimate wear.

Additional NON -returnable items:

White clothing and or products
Gift cards
Swimsuits
All undergarment

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.Be sure to include your original invoice with your return.You may want to keep a copy for your records. Please  include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME 

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed and issued in the form of a electronic gift card in 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once the return has been processed. 

SALE ITEMS 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL !

EXCHANGES 

We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fashionvault.ca.Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

We cannot guarantee item restock therefore we will issue a store credit for items that are out of stock.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please  email Info@fashionvault.ca and you will  be notified with our mailing address as we are NOT open to the public.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.We are NOT  responsible for lost or stolen packages
