WHAT IS SEZZLE ?

Sezzle is a payment processing platform designed to allow users to finance and buy products from merchants today and pay for them later, through a down payment followed by installment payments (“Order”).

WHO CAN USE SEZZLE?

To use Sezzle you must be 18 years old or over and hold a valid phone number based out of the US or Canada. You also need to have a valid email address and a valid payments method ready at checkout (Sezzle accepts all major debit and credit cards) or you can link your bank account directly.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To start using Sezzle, you need to open a Sezzle Account which is very quick and easy application.Once your application is completed an instant response will be sent to your email. By opening a User Account and accepting the terms and conditions you attest that you are establishing the Account to enable yourself to finance the purchase goods and services from Sezzle Merchants.

HOW TO ORDER THROUGH SEZZLE:

The checkout order process is the same. At checkout choose Sezzle and you will then be redirected to their website to log in to your account to provide your preferred form of payment (Visa, MasterCard) or pre- authorized payment PAP through your bank.

WILL SEZZLE IMPACT MY CREDIT?

When you open a Sezzle Account, you are providing Sezzle with express authorization to obtain your personal credit report from a credit bureau.Sezzle's standard checks should not have a negative effect on your credit score. Sezzle does not perform "Hard Checks" or "Hard Pulls" on your credit files.

HOW DOES THE AFTERPAY SCHEDULE WORK?

All SEZZLE customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase (25%) The remaining three payments will be deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal instalments from your selected payment method. Should you wish to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, log in to your Sezzle account to make your payments early. SEZZLE will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISSED MY SCHEDULE PAYMENT?

If a schedule Payment fails on any of the dates specified in your Payment Schedule, Sezzle reserves the right to re-attempt to process the payment at a later time(s) or date(s) through the Payment Method chosen at time of application.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IF I USE AFTERPAY?

Orders placed through SEZZLE are delivered within our standard shipping time frame All orders are shipped 1-2 business days from time orders was placed.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASES THROUGH SEZZLE?

Sezzle is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products; you will need to purchase your gift cards separately. 

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH SEZZLE?

All returns are treated through our standard store policies and procedures.
